Mr. M.H.K.M. Hameez, Vice President of the Sri Lanka – Canada Business Council and Mr. Elanko Ratnasabapathy, Executive Director of Canada Sri Lanka Business Convention, recently held a productive meeting with Hon. Prof. Jayantha Lal Ratnasekera, Governor of the Eastern Province. The discussion focused on collaborative efforts and strategic planning for the upcoming Canadian International Education Fair and Jaffna Investment & Trade Forum 2025.
The meeting emphasized fostering international education opportunities and promoting investment initiatives to drive economic growth in the region. Both parties expressed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing educational and trade collaborations between Sri Lanka and Canada.
